Treaty is always preferable in the context of conflict and arrogance is most discouraging manner in the Holy Quran. while Holy Qur-an commands to use force only in case of self-defence, it cannot not to retaliate or return evil for evil. Co-operation in common goodness and promotion of virtue and ethics in the world are significant principle of Holy Qur-an.
